Ordering, OEM & wholesale
Does PairForge sell to consumers?
No. We are a B2B supplier for sporting goods brands, clubs and venues, schools and parks departments, tournament organizers, retailers, distributors and e-commerce sellers. Players should buy from our customers’ retail channels and pro shops.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is quoted per SKU and depends on the mold, materials, colors, logo method, packaging and any approval samples. Mixed orders across pickleball and padel are welcome — see wholesale and the packaging & MOQ section of our specs guide.
Can I put my own brand on paddles, rackets and balls?
Yes. Full-face graphics, printed balls and tubes, edge guards, grips, bag logos, shoe colorways and retail packaging are covered in our OEM & private label program.
Are your paddles and balls USA Pickleball approved?
We do not claim that any product on this site is approved. USA Pickleball approval is a per-model process: the brand owner submits the model under its own brand and model name, and it is listed once it passes. Padel competition rules (FIP or national federations) are confirmed per model by the buyer. See the approvals section of our specs guide.
Do you supply clubs, schools and parks departments?
Yes — nets, balls, durable program paddles and padel rental rackets in program quantities, quoted per court or per site. See pickleball nets and wholesale.
How fast do you reply to inquiries?
Typically within 24 hours on working days. Use the inquiry form.
What is the minimum order for private label?
MOQ is quoted per SKU and depends on how much is customized — an existing mold with your graphics starts lower than a new shape, custom materials or printed retail boxes.
Can I mix pickleball and padel in one order?
Yes. Mixed orders across paddles, rackets, balls, bags, nets and shoes are common; each SKU is quoted separately.
Who is responsible for approvals and claims?
The brand owner. You submit models for USA Pickleball listing or confirm federation rules where your channel needs it; we build production-identical samples and print the content your team approves.
Are your pickleball paddles USA Pickleball approved?
We do not claim that any paddle on this site is USA Pickleball approved. USA Pickleball publishes an approved paddle list for sanctioned play. A paddle model is submitted for testing by the brand owner (the company whose brand and model name appear on the paddle face) through a USA Pickleball manufacturer account, using production-identical samples with final graphics; once a model passes, it is listed under that brand and model name, and production must stay identical to the tested samples. If you sell into sanctioned tournament play, you confirm per model whether and how your paddle will be submitted — before mass production. See the approval process in our specs guide.
Do your padel rackets and balls meet FIP rules?
We do not claim that any padel racket or ball on this site is approved or homologated by the International Padel Federation (FIP) or a national federation. The FIP rules and national federations define racket dimensions and ball specifications for competition, and some events require approved balls. If you sell into competition or federation channels, you confirm the rules that apply to each model with the federation before production, and we build to the drawing and specification you approve. See the approvals section of our specs guide.
Are your products certified or approved?
We do not display approval marks, certification marks or test data on this site, and we do not claim that any product is approved by a governing body. Approvals and documents belong to a specific model under a specific brand: tell us the destination market, sales channel, the play level you sell into (recreational, club, sanctioned tournament) and the document or approval your retailer, league or marketplace asks for, and the quotation sets out which documentation applies to each SKU and how it is obtained. See the approvals & compliance section of our specs guide or ask on the inquiry form.
Do you have price tiers?
Yes, pricing is tiered by quantity per SKU and confirmed on quotation. No prices are published on this site.
Do you supply schools, parks departments and tournament organizers?
Yes — program and event quantities, quoted per court, per site or per event, with the quotation and product paperwork your procurement process needs.
Which markets do you serve?
This site focuses on the US market; we also quote other destinations. Tell us your market and its requirements.
How do I get a catalog?
Request it through the inquiry form with your business details.
Pickleball
Can I order paddles, balls, bags and nets in one shipment?

Pickleball Paddles
Fiberglass or carbon — which face should my line use?
Many lines carry both: fiberglass for entry and recreational price points and colorful graphics, carbon (T700 raw carbon or woven 3K / 12K) for mid and upper price points. Feel depends on face, layup and core together, so we recommend choosing on samples.
Which core thickness do buyers ask for?
13 mm, 14 mm and 16 mm PP honeycomb cores are the most common requests. Thicker cores are usually chosen for a softer, more controlled feel and thinner ones for a firmer feel — confirmed on samples. We publish no performance figures.
Can I use my own shape and artwork?
Yes. Existing shapes start fastest; a new shape needs a new mold and drawing. Full-face artwork, edge guard and grip colors and your packaging are all customizable.
Pickleball Balls
What is the difference between indoor and outdoor pickleball balls?
Outdoor balls usually have more, smaller holes (40 is a common request) and a harder shell; indoor balls usually have fewer, larger holes (26 is common) and a softer feel. The exact spec is set per SKU.
Can you make balls in our brand color?
Yes. Custom colors are quoted per SKU; note that each color is treated as a separate product if you plan to have balls listed for sanctioned play.
Do you supply balls in bulk for clubs and schools?
Yes — buckets and bulk cartons in program quantities, alongside nets and program paddles.
Are your pickleball balls USA Pickleball approved?
We do not claim that any ball on this site is approved. USA Pickleball also keeps an approved ball list. As with paddles, a ball model is submitted by the brand owner for testing, and it is listed under that brand and model name; each color is treated as its own product. If your league, club or tournament needs listed balls, you confirm per model and color whether and how they will be submitted, before production. See the approval process in our specs guide.
Pickleball Bags
How many paddles should a pickleball bag hold?
Sling bags typically take one or two paddles, backpacks two to four, and tour bags more. Paddle capacity is specified per SKU against your paddle shape.
Can you add our club logo?
Yes — embroidery, printing, rubber patches or woven labels on stock styles, or fully custom bags for larger runs.
Are your bags waterproof?
We describe water resistance by fabric and coating per SKU and publish no waterproof ratings.
Pickleball Nets
Are your nets regulation size?
Nets are built to the drawing you approve. If your courts must be regulation size, the drawing is checked against the current official rulebook before production; we make no regulation claim on this site.
Do you supply parks departments and schools?
Yes — portable systems and replacement nets in program quantities, quoted per court or per site with the paperwork your procurement process needs.
Can the net carry our logo?
Yes — printed headbands, logo banners and branded carry bags.
Padel
Can a new club order rackets, balls and shoes together?
Yes. Club packs and mixed orders across padel (and pickleball) are common; each SKU is quoted separately.
Do you make rental rackets for clubs?
Yes — durable fiberglass or hybrid rackets with your club branding, quoted per SKU. See padel rackets.

Padel Rackets
Round, teardrop or diamond — which shape should my line carry?
Many lines carry all three: round for beginner, rental and control-oriented models, teardrop as the all-round core model, diamond for advanced players. Shape, core and layup together decide the feel, so we recommend choosing on samples.
Fiberglass or carbon face?
Fiberglass is the usual face for entry, rental and club rackets; 3K / 12K / 18K carbon or hybrid layups are common in mid and upper lines. We publish no performance figures.
Can you make rental rackets for our club?
Yes — durable fiberglass or hybrid rackets with reinforced frames, protectors and your club branding, quoted per SKU. Clubs often order padel balls at the same time.
Can I use my own shape and hole pattern?
Yes. Existing molds start fastest; a new shape needs a new mold and drawing, and custom hole patterns are quoted on larger runs.
Padel Balls
Are padel balls the same as tennis balls?
They look similar but are specified differently. Size, weight, bounce and pressure are set per SKU, and competition rules (where needed) are confirmed per model with the federation.
Can the tube carry our club logo?
Yes — printed labels or fully printed tubes and cases, and logo printing on the ball itself.
Do you supply training balls in bulk?
Yes — durable training balls in bulk bags or buckets for academies and coaches.
Padel Shoes
Which outsole do I need for artificial turf courts?
Herringbone / omni outsoles are the usual choice for sand-filled artificial turf; clay courts usually take a full herringbone pattern. The pattern and compound are specified per SKU.
Can you make shoes in our colorways?
Yes — colorways, logos, insole printing and boxes are customized per SKU; MOQ is quoted per colorway and size breakdown.
Do you make junior padel shoes?
Yes, junior size runs are quoted per SKU, often for academies and youth programs.
Do your padel shoes prevent injuries or improve performance?
We make no injury-prevention, health, orthopedic or performance claims for any shoe. We describe construction — upper, midsole, outsole pattern, size run — and build to the specification you approve. Any claim printed on your packaging or listing is the brand owner’s responsibility and must be supported by your own evidence.
Specs & Selection Guide
What does T700, 3K or 12K mean on a paddle or racket?
T700 is a common grade of unidirectional carbon fiber; 3K, 12K and 18K describe woven carbon fabrics by the number of filaments per tow (thousands). They describe the material, not performance — feel depends on layup and core too.
Which paddle core thickness should I offer?
13 mm, 14 mm and 16 mm PP honeycomb cores are the most common requests; many lines offer two thicknesses of the same shape. Confirm feel on samples.
How many holes should a pickleball ball have?
Outdoor balls are commonly requested with 40 smaller holes and indoor balls with 26 larger holes; the exact spec is set per SKU.
