Padel balls pressurized balls in your tubes, by the case
Padel balls are the repeat order of every padel club — used on every booking, sold in every pro shop. PairForge supplies pressurized felt padel balls in printed tubes and cases to sporting goods brands, padel clubs and venues, academies, retailers, distributors and e-commerce sellers, with your logo on the ball and the tube. Competition approval is confirmed per model by the buyer; nothing is claimed here. Pair them with padel rackets and padel shoes.
- Pressurized felt padel balls; training and club grades
- Printed 3-ball tubes, packed by the case
- Optic yellow and custom felt colors
- Federation approval confirmed per model by the buyer
Padel ball types
- Pressurized match and club balls — rubber core with felt cover, packed in pressurized tubes to keep pressure until opened.
- Training balls — durable balls for academies, coaches and ball machines, often packed in bulk bags.
- Club and event balls — printed with the club, league or event logo.
Padel balls look like tennis balls but are specified differently; diameter, weight, bounce and internal pressure are specified per SKU. If balls are meant for competition, the specification is checked against the current FIP or federation rules — see rules.
Core, felt and packaging
A molded rubber core is covered with felt (wool-nylon blends are common) in optic yellow or custom colors. Balls ship in sealed, pressurized tubes — 3-ball tubes are the usual retail and club format — packed into cases and export cartons. We publish no durability, pressure-retention or bounce figures; compare samples on your courts. Materials are compared in the specs guide.
Approval — confirmed per model, not claimed here
We do not claim that any padel ball here is approved by the FIP or a national federation. Some competitions and federations use approved or official balls only; if your channel needs that, you confirm the requirements for the model with the federation before production, and we build to the specification you approve. Club, academy and recreational channels often do not need approval.

No approvals, certifications or test data claimed. We describe what each product is made of and how it can be customized. We do not display approval or certification marks, publish test data, performance figures, factory capacity or customer cases on this site. USA Pickleball approval (approved paddle and ball lists) is a per-model process: the brand owner submits the model under its own brand and model name, and the buyer confirms the status of each model. Padel competition rules (FIP or national federations) are confirmed per model by the buyer. No injury, health or performance claims are made for any product. Labeling and claims are the brand owner’s responsibility.
Frequently asked questions
Are padel balls the same as tennis balls?
They look similar but are specified differently. Size, weight, bounce and pressure are set per SKU, and competition rules (where needed) are confirmed per model with the federation.
Can the tube carry our club logo?
Yes — printed labels or fully printed tubes and cases, and logo printing on the ball itself.
Do you supply training balls in bulk?
Yes — durable training balls in bulk bags or buckets for academies and coaches.
Do your padel rackets and balls meet FIP rules?
We do not claim that any padel racket or ball on this site is approved or homologated by the International Padel Federation (FIP) or a national federation. The FIP rules and national federations define racket dimensions and ball specifications for competition, and some events require approved balls. If you sell into competition or federation channels, you confirm the rules that apply to each model with the federation before production, and we build to the drawing and specification you approve. See the approvals section of our specs guide.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
Both are quoted per SKU. MOQ depends mainly on the platform (an existing mold vs. a new shape), face material and finish, colors and graphics, logo method, packaging and any approval testing your channel needs; lead time depends on customization, sampling rounds, approvals and season. Send your quantities and we confirm both on the quotation — see also the packaging & MOQ section of our specs guide.
