Padel rackets · OEM & private label

Padel racket manufacturing carbon and fiberglass rackets built to your spec and brand

The padel racket is the core of every padel brand and the item clubs replace most. PairForge builds padel rackets for sporting goods brands, padel clubs and academies, retailers, distributors and e-commerce sellers: round, teardrop and diamond shapes with fiberglass or 3K / 12K / 18K carbon faces over EVA or foam cores, a tubular frame, your surface texture, hole pattern, weight range and graphics. Competition rules are something you confirm per model with the federation — this page claims no approval. Pair rackets with padel balls and padel shoes, or see the whole padel range.

  • Round, teardrop and diamond shapes
  • Fiberglass, 3K / 12K / 18K carbon and hybrid faces
  • Soft or hard EVA and foam cores; tubular carbon or glass frames
  • Weight range, balance and texture specified per SKU and confirmed on samples

Padel racket shapes and lines

  • Round — balance toward the handle and a central sweet spot; the usual shape for beginner, rental and control-oriented lines.
  • Teardrop — the in-between shape; many brands build their core model here.
  • Diamond — balance toward the head; common in upper lines for advanced players.
  • Rental and club rackets — durable builds with reinforced frames and protectors for daily rental use.
  • Junior rackets — lighter, smaller rackets for academies and youth programs.

Shape, length, width, thickness and hole pattern are fixed on a drawing per SKU. If the racket is meant for competition, the drawing is checked against the current FIP or federation rules before sampling (see rules).

Face, core and frame

  • Faces: fiberglass for entry, rental and many club rackets; 3K, 12K or 18K woven carbon (and unidirectional carbon) for mid and upper lines; hybrid carbon-glass layups to hit a target feel and price.
  • Cores: EVA rubber in softer or harder densities, foam cores, or combinations; core density is one of the main choices that changes feel — chosen on samples.
  • Frame: tubular carbon or fiberglass frame, with a frame protector and an anti-vibration or reinforcement option at the throat if your line needs it.
  • Weight: specified per SKU as a target range with a tolerance (usually in grams), with balance agreed on pre-production samples.

We publish no power, control, spin or vibration figures; feel is compared on samples. See the specs guide for a materials overview.

Surface texture, holes and graphics

  • Surface: smooth, sand-textured or 3D-textured faces; texture is specified per SKU.
  • Holes: drilled hole patterns per the drawing, including custom patterns on larger runs.
  • Graphics: full-face printing or decals, matte, gloss or metallic finishes, raw carbon looks with your logo.
  • Handle and grip: handle length, grip overwraps, wrist cord and branded butt cap.

FIP and federation rules — confirmed per model, not claimed here

We do not claim that any padel racket shown or described here is approved by the International Padel Federation (FIP) or a national federation. The FIP rules and national federations define the dimensions and construction allowed in competition. If you sell into competition or federation channels:

  1. Name the channel and market — club and recreational, academy, or competition.
  2. Check the drawing — you confirm the current rules that apply to the model with the relevant federation; we build to the drawing you approve.
  3. Freeze the model — shape, layup, core, holes and graphics are fixed before mass production.
  4. Labels and claims — anything printed on the racket, cover or listing is approved by your team and is the brand owner’s responsibility.

We do not display approval or certification marks, publish test data, performance figures, factory capacity or customer cases on this site. USA Pickleball approval (approved paddle and ball lists) is a per-model process: the brand owner submits the model under its own brand and model name, and the buyer confirms the status of each model. Padel competition rules (FIP or national federations) are confirmed per model by the buyer. No injury, health or performance claims are made for any product. Labeling and claims are the brand owner’s responsibility.

Frequently asked questions

Round, teardrop or diamond — which shape should my line carry?

Many lines carry all three: round for beginner, rental and control-oriented models, teardrop as the all-round core model, diamond for advanced players. Shape, core and layup together decide the feel, so we recommend choosing on samples.

Fiberglass or carbon face?

Fiberglass is the usual face for entry, rental and club rackets; 3K / 12K / 18K carbon or hybrid layups are common in mid and upper lines. We publish no performance figures.

Can you make rental rackets for our club?

Yes — durable fiberglass or hybrid rackets with reinforced frames, protectors and your club branding, quoted per SKU. Clubs often order padel balls at the same time.

Can I use my own shape and hole pattern?

Yes. Existing molds start fastest; a new shape needs a new mold and drawing, and custom hole patterns are quoted on larger runs.

Do your padel rackets and balls meet FIP rules?

We do not claim that any padel racket or ball on this site is approved or homologated by the International Padel Federation (FIP) or a national federation. The FIP rules and national federations define racket dimensions and ball specifications for competition, and some events require approved balls. If you sell into competition or federation channels, you confirm the rules that apply to each model with the federation before production, and we build to the drawing and specification you approve. See the approvals section of our specs guide.

What is the MOQ and lead time?

Both are quoted per SKU. MOQ depends mainly on the platform (an existing mold vs. a new shape), face material and finish, colors and graphics, logo method, packaging and any approval testing your channel needs; lead time depends on customization, sampling rounds, approvals and season. Send your quantities and we confirm both on the quotation — see also the packaging & MOQ section of our specs guide.
