Pickleball balls are the consumable of the sport — clubs, venues, leagues and schools reorder them constantly, and every paddle set needs them. PairForge supplies outdoor balls (more, smaller holes) and indoor balls (fewer, larger holes) in your colors, printed with your logo and packed in retail tubes, sleeves or bulk cartons. Approval for sanctioned play is a per-model, per-color process that the brand owner runs with USA Pickleball; nothing is claimed here. Pair them with pickleball paddles and pickleball nets.

Outdoor vs. indoor pickleball balls
- Outdoor balls — molded with more, smaller holes (40 is a common request) and a harder shell to cope with wind and rough court surfaces.
- Indoor balls — fewer, larger holes (26 is a common request) and a softer feel for gym floors and indoor courts.
- Training and program balls — durable balls in bulk for schools, parks programs and ball machines.
Hole count, hole size, weight, diameter and bounce are specified per SKU. Balls for sanctioned play must meet the current USA Pickleball ball standard — confirmed per model, see approval.
Materials, seams and colors
Pickleball balls are molded from plastic compounds and welded at a seam or rotationally molded seamless, depending on the platform. Color is part of the material: dyes change the compound, which is why each color is treated as its own product for approval. Common colors are optic yellow, neon green, orange and white; two-tone and custom colors are quoted per SKU. We publish no durability, bounce or crack-resistance figures — compare samples on your courts.
Approved ball list — the process, not a claim
USA Pickleball keeps an approved ball list for sanctioned play. A ball model is submitted for testing by the brand owner and listed under that brand and model name; each color is a separate product. If your league, club or tournament needs listed balls, you confirm per model and color whether and how they will be submitted, using production-identical samples, before mass production. We do not claim that any ball shown here is approved.

What is the MOQ and lead time?
Both are quoted per SKU. MOQ depends mainly on the platform (an existing mold vs. a new shape), face material and finish, colors and graphics, logo method, packaging and any approval testing your channel needs; lead time depends on customization, sampling rounds, approvals and season.
