How an OEM program runs

  1. Brief: products, target players and price points, markets, channels (recreational, club, sanctioned tournament), quantities and the documents or approvals your channel requires.
  2. Platform & approval path: we propose molds, materials and options, identify which models may need USA Pickleball listing or federation checks, and quote by SKU, including MOQ and lead time.
  3. Samples: stock samples first, then pre-production samples with your graphics, logo and packaging; feel and weight are confirmed on samples.
  4. Freeze & submit: the model is frozen; where your channel needs approval, you submit as brand owner with production-identical samples we supply.
  5. Production & inspection: mass production matched to the approved samples, with checks and pre-shipment inspection; third-party inspection welcome.
  6. Shipping: FOB or other terms as agreed; mixed orders across categories possible.

Claims, honestly

We do not display approval or certification marks, publish test data, factory statistics or customer cases on this site, and we never say a paddle, ball or racket is approved. USA Pickleball approval is a per-model process run by the brand owner; FIP and federation rules are confirmed per model by the buyer. We print the content your team approves; labeling and claims remain the brand owner’s responsibility. We never use other brands’ names or logos on your products.

No approvals, certifications or test data claimed. We describe what each product is made of and how it can be customized. We do not display approval or certification marks, publish test data, performance figures, factory capacity or customer cases on this site. USA Pickleball approval (approved paddle and ball lists) is a per-model process: the brand owner submits the model under its own brand and model name, and the buyer confirms the status of each model. Padel competition rules (FIP or national federations) are confirmed per model by the buyer. No injury, health or performance claims are made for any product. Labeling and claims are the brand owner’s responsibility.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order for private label?

MOQ is quoted per SKU and depends on how much is customized — an existing mold with your graphics starts lower than a new shape, custom materials or printed retail boxes.

Can I mix pickleball and padel in one order?

Yes. Mixed orders across paddles, rackets, balls, bags, nets and shoes are common; each SKU is quoted separately.

Who is responsible for approvals and claims?

The brand owner. You submit models for USA Pickleball listing or confirm federation rules where your channel needs it; we build production-identical samples and print the content your team approves.

Are your pickleball paddles USA Pickleball approved?

We do not claim that any paddle on this site is USA Pickleball approved. USA Pickleball publishes an approved paddle list for sanctioned play. A paddle model is submitted for testing by the brand owner (the company whose brand and model name appear on the paddle face) through a USA Pickleball manufacturer account, using production-identical samples with final graphics; once a model passes, it is listed under that brand and model name, and production must stay identical to the tested samples. If you sell into sanctioned tournament play, you confirm per model whether and how your paddle will be submitted — before mass production. See the approval process in our specs guide.

Do your padel rackets and balls meet FIP rules?

We do not claim that any padel racket or ball on this site is approved or homologated by the International Padel Federation (FIP) or a national federation. The FIP rules and national federations define racket dimensions and ball specifications for competition, and some events require approved balls. If you sell into competition or federation channels, you confirm the rules that apply to each model with the federation before production, and we build to the drawing and specification you approve. See the approvals section of our specs guide.

Are your products certified or approved?

We do not display approval marks, certification marks or test data on this site, and we do not claim that any product is approved by a governing body. Approvals and documents belong to a specific model under a specific brand: tell us the destination market, sales channel, the play level you sell into (recreational, club, sanctioned tournament) and the document or approval your retailer, league or marketplace asks for, and the quotation sets out which documentation applies to each SKU and how it is obtained. See the approvals & compliance section of our specs guide or ask on the inquiry form.
